A licensed clearing house built on 18 years of Kenyan trade.
From Mombasa Port Kilindini to JKIA Cargo Centre and every border post on the Northern and Eastern Corridors — we make cross-border trade predictable, compliant, and fast.
Established Kenyan expertise. Global reach.
Kenya Customs is a KRA-licensed customs clearing agent (registered on the Integrated Customs Management System — iCMS / Simba platform) and a proud member of the Kenya International Freight and Warehousing Association (KIFWA). We were founded to simplify one of the most complex parts of doing business in East Africa: getting cargo through customs on time, correctly declared, and with predictable, fully-itemised costs.
Over the last 18+ years we have cleared everything from single vehicle imports under the KRA 8-year rule, to hundred-container FCL shipments, to heavy-lift project cargo for Kenya Vision 2030 energy, roads, and infrastructure programmes. Our in-house clearing teams work daily alongside KRA customs officers at the Mombasa Port Customs House, the JKIA Customs Cargo Centre, the Nairobi ICD Embakasi, and the Malaba, Busia, Namanga, Taveta and Lungalunga border posts.
We believe good clearing is a matter of correct documentation, disciplined process, open communication with the importer or exporter, and zero tolerance for shortcuts. No surprises. No undocumented charges. Every shilling of duty accounted for.

Licensed, accredited, and plugged into Kenya’s trade infrastructure.
Every clearance we lodge is processed through official government channels — from the KRA iCMS/Simba customs platform to KEBS PVoC, KPA Portnet and KAA AviNet.
